  • Allison’s Anywhere Workout   A workout that needs NO equipment and can be done anywhere. It contains exercises that increase core, back and lower body strength as well as balance challenges, agility and a collection of stretches at the end. A wall, and a chair or bench are suggested but not required.
  • Meg’s Workout #2   A gentle workout to increase the mobility and strength of the hips, shoulders and neck. It begins with a myofascial release using a foam roller on the floor. Next, is a warm up on the floor that engages the mind-body and breath. The remaining workout is done standing. There are 6 unique exercises to be done in a circuit: One exercise is completed and then you move immediately to the next exercise. Once all 6 exercises are completed, take a rest and repeat the entire standing strength sequence again.
  • Old Lady Hunchback Series   Learn how to avoid the Old Lady Hunchback syndrome, also known as kyphosis, with these tips, exercises and stretches.
