I wanted to update my workout routine of many years and Chris developed an evolving plan that is better for me and is meant to complement the cycling I do. It is exceeding my expectations! She takes a holistic approach that includes nutrition to reinforce the benefits of the exercise. It's just been a couple weeks, but I'm already feeling the progress.

Creative – you had the ability to design work outs for the benefit of everyone no matter where they were at in their fitness life and level. I’ve been taking Chris’s group circuit classes at my work place for a few years now. She is always so well prepared, organized, and her workouts are very well thought out and accessible for any fitness level. I feel very fortunate to have her come to my work to give such great circuit classes. She is an amazing trainer and her enthusiasm and passion for fitness is very motivating.
I have worked out on my own consistently for years, 3 to 4 times a week of weightlifting, running and videos. I would watch what I ate and I felt like I was in pretty good shape, but I was never able to lose those “few” pounds I felt I needed to lose. Chris changed all that. After attending her workout classes and personal consultations on nutrition and health goals I was able to lose 18 lbs. and keep it off. She has kept me motivated to attend her classes by constantly changing up her workouts, keeping them challenging and listening to class feedback. Chris’s example of high energy and immense knowledge of physical training, stretching and flexibility techniques have been huge in helping me reach my goals.
Chris is absolutely amazing! She has helped me tremendously with obtaining many of my fitness goals. Chris is always motivated, super focused, makes workouts fun with creative routines, encourages me to challenge myself more, believes in my abilities, and always eager to give feedback. Overall, Chris is incredibly knowledgeable about health and fitness, the do's & don'ts of diet and nutrition, and most importantly, (for me) communicates well and instructs effectively. Chris is an experienced trainer and I recommend her for her unique and energized training techniques.
